Kyle Kahraman
MSc candidate in Interdisciplinary Neuroscience
Frankfurt am Main
Maastricht, Netherlands
I am a master’s student in Interdisciplinary Neuroscience at Goethe University Frankfurt and hold a B.A. in Musicology and Philosophy. Currently, I research hippocampal activity involved in cognitive map formation at the University Clinic Frankfurt (Department of Neurology, Epilepsy Center, supervised by Tristan Stöber) and validate eye-tracking data through computer vision feature extraction at the Ernst Strüngmann Institute (Rademaker Lab).
My research interests include hippocampal memory mechanisms, predictive coding, computational modeling, and open science. Beyond research, I enjoy coding, playing music in my band, and learning about machine learning.
